the start of a beautiful relationship


i’ve always wanted to try out crossfit but was too cheap and wimpy to do it.

well, i bit the bullet and signed up.

i have to go to three weeks of intro classes (3 times a week) to learn proper exercise/lifting techniques, and my first class was last night.

our first workout consisted of:

  • rowing 250m
  • 15, 12, and 9 reps of squats, pushups, and kettleballs swings (so first we did a round of 15 of each, then 12 of each, then 9 of each)
  • 10 burpees

this was a timed workout, and i finished in 5:34 (second best time in the class!)

it’s amazing how 5 minutes of workout can make me so, so tired.

i’m on the road to buffness, i just KNOW it!
